WELCOME TO MY NIGHTMARE

One of my nightmares I dreamt of was when I viewed myself as a little kid in my cousins house. I was alone their with no furniture at all just a dark room. For some reason i remember not feeling scared at all just as a common room alone. Then i saw a tall man pass by the a opening arch way walking slowly by then half way looked at me while walking. I knew it wasn't a real man, i knew it was a ghost because i saw it in real life. When I was little i saw a ghost behind my grandma just walking behind her and the same way looked at me half way and continued walking. I believe the ghost manifested in my dream creating my dream scarier because i knew it wasn't only a dream, but occurred in real life as well. In the dream i don't remember what happened next but I'm pretty sure i just stood their in shock just as i did in real life. Ever since seeing that ghost i was traumatized. When ever someone tells me of ghost i just freeze up and prefer not talking about it.
